General terms and conditions
Check in time: from 12:00 noon
Checkout time: until 10:00 am
The prices include the local applicable taxes and fees. Please note, that a confirmation of any particular room number is not binding since we reserve the right to make room adjustments within the booked category if necessary. Specific room requests can only be considered if the request received is 6 months prior to the arrival date at a full payment. Children at age 6 and below stay free of charge in their parent’s room. The facilities are not child-proof and parents are responsible and liable for their children.
Confirmation and Cancellation Policy
Reservations during the high/peak season can be confirmed only with booked package offerings and received full advanced payment. For the other seasons a minimum advanced payment of 25% is required. Please note, that we are cancelling the booking if the advance payment is not received on time. Please make sure that payments by credit card companies or payment services made on time.
In case of cancellations the following fees/rules apply:
• Until 60 days before arrival: 100,00€
• 30-60 days before arrival: 50% of the booking price
• Less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the booking price
Note: for your own protection we recommend to take a travel insurance covering cancellations as well.
Loyality discount:
We are giving a 5% loyalty bonus, after more than 2 consecutive stays under the following conditions:
• Proof of stay by the customer or agency.
• The duration of each stay was a minimum of 7 nights
• The bookings were done via the same agency.
• Applies to accommodation and package rates.
Longer stay:
If staying more than 28 nights, we grant a 5% discount for lodging/package prices
The above discounts can not be combined with other discounted offerings.
